You do not need a referral to attend a session. You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions each year with an eligible referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

There is no out-of-pocket expenses for sessions booked under an NDIS plan with approval for therapeutic supports.

There are no out-of-pocket expenses for sessions funded by Work Cover/ CTP with a referral from your treating doctor and approval for psychological services.

You also may be eligible for a rebate from your private health insurance.
